  • How to secure my 2/3 rebate?
    The rebate will go into your escrow and it will be directly used towards your closing cost. If your rebate is more than closing cost, most lenders allow it to be used to pay for property tax, HOA, etc. Anything leftover we will mail you a check.
  • Will you push us to put a high priced offer?
    We will do comparables for you so you know the market price range. We will call the listing agent to try to get a range of the other offers too. You decide the price.
  • Is there minimum purchase price to get the rebate?
    Yes, the minimum purchase price to qualify 2/3 rebate is $500,000. Lower than this purchase price, we offer up to 1% rebate.
  • Will I know exactly how much the rebate will be before submitting offer?
    Yes, if requested, the amount of rebate will be transparently disclosed prior to making an offer.
  • How experienced your agents are?
